How we are organized
The policy that we decided to have to live a peaceful, safe and satisfactory vacation experience in the mountains
In our hotel the safety of everyone have always been in the first place
We have reorganized at best the common space and the events with our collaborations’ help
IT IS A MUST FOR THOSE ARRIVING AT THE HOTEL
- DON’T HAVE A CORPORAL TEMPERATURE ABOVE 37,5
- DON’T HAVE FLU SYMPTOMS
- HAVEN’T HAD CONTACTS WITH PEOPLE TESTED POSITIVE TO THE CORONAVIRUS OR IN QUARANTINE
- CORRECTLY WEAR A MASK
- KEEP THE DISTANCES FROM THE OTHER GUESTS
We have adopted specific protocols and procedures
In the rooms
The rooms are delivered cleaned and disinfected with professional detergents, certified against bacteria and viruses, and sanitized with technologies without contraindications for health
In the common spaces
The common areas are regularly cleaned and sanitized with special products and are sanitized by spraying specific disinfectants
We’ve set up 19 hand sanitizer machines!
Some of these are arranged on columns in spruce wood recovered from fallen trees following the storm Vaia of 2018
The objects we touch most of the common environments are sanitized several times a day
We ask our guests to keep the distance and to wear the mask in the common spaces
In the restaurant
At breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack the buffet is protected and served from our staff and is organized in the respect of the security rules
The lunch and the dinner are as always served at the table
We have reorganized the spaces, in a way that we can keep the tables to a secure distance, so you can peacefully have your meal
Activities, entertainment and hickings
The activities for our little guests are made, if possible, outside, indeed we have in our program lots of outdoor activities and lots of hickings with our staff and with the Outdoor Soul’s alpine guides
In the Mini & Junior Club area the width of the spaces allows us to observe the rules with serenity during the many activities that we have planned with our staff
The rooms are very airy, and the games are sanitized regularly during the day
Wellness centre
Our swimming pool is always open from 9.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m., in this way we can expand the use over a large period
We have a cleaning system with chlorine and ray UV lamp, those that are used in the aqueducts, that purify water
The constant air change in the swimming pool area, and generally in the common areas, is guaranteed by an implant with filters without recycling
In the wellness center, only the Finnish sauna is open, and is up to 90 ° C, in which you can enter only with your family, not others
The bio-sauna, the steam bath, and the emotional showers are closed
In the other aspects of our life in the hotel, like the start of our employees’ shift, a mall visit, the delivery of goods or other materials, we adopt some policies that guarantee our safety
In case of critical issues, we ask you to inform us in time, to adopt the more appropriate measures
