This is the second year in a row that we’ve chosen this resort for our ski vacation, and for someone like me who likes variety, returning to the same place is a truly rare occurrence. My wife Mara, our son Ruben, and I felt right at home once again.

-Cleanliness is simply impeccable!!! I always found everything to be perfect and spotless.
-Entertainment from the Heart!! A special shout-out to the entertainment team. They’re polite, kind, and full of charm, but above all, you can tell they do their job with genuine ENTHUSIASM. A heartfelt thank you to all the entertainers—you were fantastic with Ruben!

For our first vacation in the mountains, we followed the advice of a friend who stays at the hotel every year. It was a wonderful experience. The hotel is comfortable, the staff is welcoming, the service is impeccable—including room cleaning—the waitstaff are extremely kind (special mention to Gustavo, who attended to our requests at the table with kindness and always with a smile), the chefs are creative, and the food served is of high quality. It’s family-run, and you can really feel the passion and love for the region in the care taken to select even the products served at the table or at the bar, as well as in the explanations provided regarding those choices. Topping it all off is an indoor freshwater pool with a whirlpool open all day, plus an additional outdoor whirlpool and relaxation areas featuring a herbal tea corner, a bio sauna, a Turkish bath, a Finnish sauna, and a sensory shower—in short, a week of all-around pampering. Last but not least, the constant yet never intrusive presence of the entertainment staff: led by Andrea, Martina, Christian, Cristina, and Marina, they divided their time between morning and afternoon excursions to discover the wonderful places nature has to offer, the numerous playgrounds at low and medium altitudes, and activities in the kids’ lounge for children of all ages. We came on vacation with my parents, one of whom is disabled. They were given recommendations so that they, too, could fully enjoy the vacation with trips on the local train.

Our stay from February 14 to 21, 2026, was wonderful. We were lucky enough to find plenty of snow and a room with a spectacular view. The restaurant service was excellent; our waitress was very kind and attentive; the front desk staff was efficient and friendly; and the pool was truly enchanting. My daughter had a blast, and at the pool, we could relax during the times when there were fewer kids around. Speaking of the kids, the highlight was the kids’ club—the staff were fantastic, sweet with the children, and always available. They kept our kids—and especially us parents—entertained with engaging and fun games. I never won anything; I would have loved to win the speck, but as they say, those who are lucky in love never win at games. . :-).

Alas, today we had to say goodbye to this wonderful place, with our hearts full and the promise to return soon.
Andalo turned out to be a perfect destination for families, and our stay at the Hotel Majorka exceeded all expectations.
We chose half-board, and it was the perfect choice: from the warm welcome (the owner, who was incredibly helpful, helped us fix a mistake I made by letting us stay an extra day) to the truly excellent food. Hearty breakfasts, snacks that made the kids absolutely thrilled, and dinners that were carefully prepared, delicious, and always beautifully presented.
The kids’ club was a real bonus: fantastic activity leaders who knew how to engage the little ones and put smiles on their faces.
The location is extremely convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the ski lifts.
An experience we’ll cherish forever. Highly recommended, especially for families.

For our first trip to Trentino, we couldn’t have chosen a better hotel—it was perfect for a family with two children!
Super central location, close to the bus stop, near the main square, and just a short walk from the ski lift. Standard wooden room with comfortable mattresses, a balcony, and all the amenities; spotlessly clean.
Breakfast was fantastic, always well-stocked with not only croissants but also a constantly changing selection of cakes. I also appreciated the variety of beverages available—oat milk, soy milk, lactose-free options, and more.
The restaurant was top-notch, featuring a generous buffet followed by a choice of one first course, one main course, and a dessert—all consistently excellent.
Large indoor pool—perfect for rainy days.
Excellent kids’ club service—the staff are super helpful and patient (for children ages 2 and up) from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. My son had a blast; there’s a playground with balls and other toys, and they organize various weekly activities for both kids and adults—kudos! On top of that, they organize guided excursions every day. They offer a stroller rental service, and the strollers are washed and disinfected daily! What can I say—the staff is incredibly kind, from the front desk to the dining room staff. Kudos again to Majorka!

Excellent hotel, very centrally located. The food was delicious, with plenty of variety, and the waitstaff were extremely friendly. We really appreciated the two candlelit dinners, along with the option to have the kids eat at the kids’ club during the “pizza party” and “cutlet party.” Everything was spotlessly clean, both the rooms and the hotel in general. A special thanks also to the entertainment staff. If I ever return to Andalo, I would definitely choose this hotel again.
