March on skis: Ski week LIMITED ROOMS

A wonderful family-run hotel. The children, just like their parents, are truly very polite and kind; the food is prepared with great care, and the waitstaff are skilled and extremely helpful. The mini-club is unbeatable—it organizes plenty of activities for our kids, giving us parents a little free time as well.
And then there’s the amazing Cesira, who pampers you with incredibly relaxing massages—for us, she’s the best massage therapist we’ve ever had at any of the many hotels we’ve stayed at.

We’ve been staying at this hotel for 5 days and we don’t want to leave. I’ve been working in the tourism and hospitality industry for 20 years, so I always tend to be a bit critical, but I have to say—well done.
A genuine, attentive family-run business; clean, new, and well-equipped rooms; excellent food in both quality and quantity; and friendly, professional staff in the dining room and on the floors. In the dining room, we’re looked after by Marianna, who is incredibly kind and customer-oriented—she even remembers what our child likes to eat, and she surely sees plenty of kids every week. The central location is convenient, with all amenities nearby, parks for kids within walking distance, a coin-operated laundry service that’s handy for those with messy kids, and top-notch entertainment.
We haven’t left yet, but we’re already planning when to return, and we’ve already recommended it to our friends with kids!

We got back yesterday from a wonderful vacation at this hotel. I’d go back in a heartbeat. We had a great time. The rooms are spotless, and the location is excellent—you can drive there, and if you want, you can leave the car behind until you’re ready to head home because everything is within walking distance.
This hotel can also organize your entire week for you, with tours and excursions. It’s fantastic for kids because there are tons of activities—the Mini Club is open until the evening—and the hotel even organizes dinners for those who want them, which, believe me, are excellent: candlelit dinners for the parents and pizza parties for the little ones. My son didn’t want to go home—even the pool is fantastic, with different depth levels, including ones for the littlest ones. I gave it five stars, but it deserves even more. Kudos to the fantastic owners and the entire highly professional staff.

We stayed at this hotel in July for a week with my husband and my 3-year-old daughter, and we were very satisfied. The hotel is run by a very friendly and helpful family who are always willing to accommodate even extra requests, and they’re efficient when it comes to cleaning and organization; the food is excellent and very varied, and the dining room staff are always attentive and on hand. Not to mention the entertainment team—Mary and her staff are outstanding, always on hand and ready to organize daily outings, dinners, and activities for the kids; they were all so sweet to my daughter, who absolutely loved them! I’d also like to highlight the beautiful pool and spa, which saved the day whenever the weather turned bad! In short… we’ll definitely be back!

A very welcoming hotel in the center of Andalo, easily accessible by car and just a few minutes’ walk from Andalo Life, the main square, and the ski lifts. The rooms are modern, well-organized, and functional: we stayed in a triple room with our 4-year-old daughter, and the space was adequate for our needs. Cleanliness was always impeccable. The pool and sauna were very functional. A big shout-out goes to the entertainment staff—Mary was outstanding, along with her team, who were always available and able to engage both the little ones and their parents in a relaxed and fun atmosphere. The food is excellent. The staff, who were kind and professional, were always ready to accommodate every request—especially Gian Mario and Giuseppe. This hotel truly reflects the passion and dedication of the family that owns it. Congratulations!

We have been spending our skiing holidays in Andalo for several years, but this year we stayed at the Majorca hotel for the first time and it was a pleasant discovery. The hotel is in a strategic location, convenient to everything. The family management makes you feel at home; the rooms are comfortable and super clean; the cuisine is refined, varied, and attentive to everyone’s needs. I don’t eat meat, but I have always found good alternatives. If you are travelling with children, no problem: they are welcome in this hotel. My compliments to the whole Bottamedi family and a special mention for the waitress Marianna, who is very kind and attentive to the customer’s needs. We won’t miss next year!

We stayed at the Hotel Majorka both two summers ago and for a week in January and it was excellent. The location is very convenient, it’s close to the bus stop and it’s also convenient for walking around the village. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean, and the restaurant is always good with new proposals. The mini club and entertainment are very nice and the children participated enthusiastically in the activities on offer. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. I recommend it

Family ski week – If there was a rating higher than 10 I would put 11….. The property with the 2 sons (…and the staff as well) from when we arrived to when we left, always present, caring, perfect: the rooms always very clean, excellent wellness facilities, warm and large swimming pool, the food dinner and breakfast of excellent quality and very assorted, huge garage for all cars. In the evenings there is always excellent entertainment with very proactive young people. I think this is a hotel that only encompasses excellent aspects. Beautiful hotel in the centre of Andalo and very close to both the ski slopes and the main bus stops.
Perfect and engaging entertainment for both the little ones (I have 2 children aged 3 and 6) and the older ones, every day they also organise guided tours of the area. There is also the possibility to let the children eat with the animators

Fantastic Christmas week family holiday in the snow. Renovated hotel very nice and well looked after. Kind staff present and helpful. Excellent catering. Central location near shops downtown and Andalo life. Animation super thanks to Josephine, Marco, Samuele and the sweet and patient girls of the baby club children happy and contented had a great time and we adults also nice evenings and excursions. We were pampered a super Christmas.

We stayed at this family hotel for a weekend in February and I must say that everything was fabulous. Fantastic animation staff with the mini club running all day and animators taking you out for excursions. Great food, fabulous pool area and masterful beauty treatments with relaxing massages at their best. Highly recommended

We stayed at the Majorca in February and had nothing to complain about. First and foremost friendliness and kindness, excellent food, excellent table service, clean rooms. I also highly recommend it for its location, thanks to which you can reach the lifts on foot.
